Indeed, after decades as a digital pioneer for L’Echo, an awarded documentary producer, and a project lead for major EU campaigns, I faced the ultimate entrepreneur's challenge: the friction between creative vision, business requirements and operational chaos. Then, I discovered Odoo.
It was a revelation. For the first time, I found a tool capable of unifying everything— from CRM and project management to complex marketing automation and POS — into one seamless flow. I didn't just learn the software; I adopted it to save my own professional agility.
Today, I combine 30 years of communication expertise with the power of Odoo to help organizations bridge the gap between their vision and their daily operations.

The creative sector has specific needs that generic ERP solutions rarely address well: project management and project-based billing, numerous freelance subcontractors, campaign tracking, close monitoring of budgets and plannings. Having worked inside media organisations for years, I understand these pain points from the inside. I help agencies, studios and communicating organizations deploy Odoo the way they actually work — with training, documentation and ongoing support included.

Menu, prises de commandes, envoi en cuisine, site web, réservation en ligne, location de salles, etc. Sans oublier bien sûr la comptabulité - et ses différents taux de TVA - et la gestion du personnel : la gestion d'un restaurant ou d'un bar est complexe ! Elle est grandement simplifiée er centralisée avec Odoo. J'accompagne les restaurateurs, gérants de bars et opérateurs multi-sites dans le déploiement d'Odoo, par phases, avec un impact minimal sur votre activité quotidienne.
Campaign management
Managing institutional communication campaigns — for European institutions and agencies or for international organisations — requires strategic vision, creative approach, process discipline and a good understanding of how to communicate institutional issues at an international level. I provide campaign direction, audiovisual production and project coordination. I also contribute to tender response writing (EU and national calls) and activity reports.
